Job Title: Gen AI Technical Lead (Databricks Exposure Mandatory)
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled GenAI Technical Lead with strong experience in production-grade Generative AI implementations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building enterprise-level GenAI solutions (not just POCs or personal projects) and must be capable of leading end-to-end GenAI POC development from scratch.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop end-to-end Generative AI solutions for enterprise use cases
Build and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
Lead POC development from scratch, including architecture, development, and deployment
Implement and optimize prompt engineering strategies
Develop and manage LLM workflows and agent-based systems
Build scalable backend APIs using FastAPI/Flask
Integrate GenAI solutions with enterprise platforms and data systems
Deploy and manage applications on Azure (Web Apps / Function Apps / Virtual Machines)
Work on Databricks for data pipelines and model workflows
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders for solution delivery
Must-Have Skills (Critical Requirements)
Hands-on experience with production-level GenAI projects (Mandatory)
Strong experience in:
RAG architectures
Prompt Engineering
LLM workflows / orchestration
Expertise in Python and backend development
Experience with FastAPI / Flask (or similar API frameworks)
Ability to build end-to-end GenAI solutions from scratch
