You generate 30 booked sales calls per month with US real estate agencies.
That’s the job. Not “activities.” Not “effort.” Booked meetings.
What You’ll Do
Cold email daily using Apollo (build, test, scale campaigns)
Cold call US prospects (agents, brokers, team owners)
Prospect your own leads (no hand-holding lists)
Experiment relentlessly (Instagram DMs, new angles, new scripts)
Own your numbers (reply rate → booked calls → show-ups)
Targets
30 qualified meetings/month (non-negotiable)
You miss → we fix it fast
You keep missing → this isn’t for you
