Job Summary:
Ronak Rudra Security & Management Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking responsible and vigilant Security Guards to ensure the safety and security of premises, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate will maintain a strong presence, prevent unauthorized access, and respond promptly to incidents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas regularly to ensure safety and security
- Control access at entry and exit points
- Verify identity of visitors and maintain visitor logs
- Respond to alarms, emergencies, and suspicious activities
- Report incidents, accidents, or breaches to supervisors
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures
- Assist in crowd control and maintain order when required
- Operate basic security equipment like CCTV systems
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass
- Prior experience in security services preferred (freshers can apply)
- Physically fit and alert
- Basic communication skills (Hindi/English)
- Ability to work in shifts, including nights and weekends
- Strong sense of responsibility and discipline
