Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and develop long-term customer relationships.
- Visit supermarkets, retail stores, distributors, wholesalers, and industrial clients.
- Promote and sell compostable packaging products.
- Conduct product presentations and explain product benefits.
- Identify new market opportunities and competitor activities.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Prepare daily visit reports and maintain customer records.
- Follow up with existing customers for repeat orders.
- Coordinate with the sales and production teams for timely deliveries.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional events.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong marketing and sales abilities.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Ability to travel for client meetings.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email.
- Good presentation skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any graduate.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales or Marketing preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome.
