Who We’re Looking For
We are hiring an Accounting/ERP Support Executive & Business Development Specialist to join our team in Kozhikode.
This hybrid role bridges accounting support and business development. It is ideal for freshers or entry-level professionals with a foundation in accounting who want to build a career in cloud ERP software, client relationship management, and sales.
This is primarily a Sales & Business Development role with technical Accounting ERP support duties. While a basic background in accounting (debit/credit, GST, ledgers) is required to understand our product and help users, your core focus will be on lead follow-up, closing sales, and driving revenue.
What You’ll Do
1. Business Development & Software Sales (Primary Focus)
- Lead Conversion: Work with active leads generated from our marketing and advertising campaigns using our internal CRM system.
- Product Demos: Connect with business owners, understand their pain points, and demonstrate how BeSync ERP solves their operational and accounting needs.
- Deal Closing: Pitch software subscriptions, overcome client objections, and close sales to earn direct performance bonuses.
2. Client Support & Onboarding
- Client Guidance: Assist newly onboarded business owners with initial setup, ledger configurations, and GST features.
- Support: Help existing clients with basic queries regarding invoices, payments, and financial data entry inside BeSync.
Who We’re Looking For
- Sales-Driven Mindset: High energy, persuasive communication skills, and a strong drive to close deals and hit targets.
- Basic Accounting Knowledge: Understanding of elementary accounting concepts (debit/credit, ledgers, invoicing, GST) to communicate effectively with business owners.
- Language Proficiency: Strong verbal communication in Malayalam and basic/working proficiency in English.
- Freshers Welcome: B.Com, M.Com, BBA, BA, or related graduates eager to break into tech sales and business development.
