Position Summary The HR Executive will support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, training, and HR administration while ensuring a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding. Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Support attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and HRIS updates. Coordinate induction, training, and employee engagement activities. Assist with performance management and appraisals. Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies. Handle employee queries and grievance coordination. Prepare HR reports, MIS, and recruitment dashboards.
Educational Qualifications MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, Master's in Human Resource Management, or Bachelor's degree with relevant HR specialization.
Experience 1–2 years of HR Generalist experience. Exposure to recruitment, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, and manufacturing or engineering organizations will be preferred.
