Role Summary
We are looking for a Project Manager who can own client communication and internal coordination across our active accounts. You will be the bridge between our clients and our development team - ensuring work is clearly briefed, timelines are tracked, and nothing falls through the cracks.
This is not a technical role, but you must be comfortable working in a web/digital environment and speaking confidently with both clients and developers.
What You Will Do
- Own day-to-day client communication across all active accounts — email, calls, status updates
- Convert client requests into clear, actionable task briefs for the development team
- Track ongoing work, follow up on pending items, and ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain project dashboards and keep task management tools up to date
- Coordinate between developers, designers, and clients to keep projects moving
- Flag blockers early and escalate to the agency lead when needed
- Document processes, recurring tasks, and project notes for team reference
- Manage client expectations proactively - no surprises, no silence
You Are a Great Fit If
- You have 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, client servicing, or account management - ideally in a web, tech, or digital agency
- You write clearly and concisely - your emails and briefs leave no room for misunderstanding
- You follow up without being asked and close loops without being chased
- You are comfortable using project management tools (Notion, Asana, ClickUp, Jira — we are flexible on which)
- You can read a web brief and translate it into developer tasks without needing a technical degree
- You are calm under pressure and proactive when things go off-track
- You thrive in a remote, async-first environment and manage your own time well
Nice to Have
- Prior experience working with WordPress, CMS platforms, or web development projects
- Familiarity with staging vs production environments, deployment cycles, or QA processes
- Experience managing international or enterprise clients
