Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Monitor daily sales activities and ensure effective customer follow-up.
Allocate sales enquiries and ensure timely conversion.
Guide sales consultants throughout the sales process, from enquiry to vehicle delivery.
Ensure excellent customer experience and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Support the team in closing sales and handling customer objections.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
