Waiter staff (servers)are the primary point of contact for restaurant guests, responsible for enhancing the dining experience by greeting customers, managing table turnover, taking accurate orders, and serving food and beverages. They must possess strong communication skills, menu knowledge, the ability to upsell, and maintain cleanliness while following health safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greeting patrons, presenting menus, answering questions about ingredients or allergens, and providing recommendations.
- Order Management: Taking food and beverage orders accurately and entering them into the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Service Delivery: Delivering food and drinks, checking with guests for satisfaction, and handling complaints professionally.
- Table Maintenance: Clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables promptly.
- Financial Transactions: Preparing bills, processing payments, and managing cash or card transactions
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
