Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow MASALO's online presence. The ideal candidate will create engaging content, manage social media platforms, interact with customers, and help build our brand awareness through innovative marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities Manage all social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Business Profile, etc.). Create and publish daily posts, stories, reels, and promotional content. Capture high-quality photos and videos of food, drinks, events, and restaurant ambiance. Plan and execute content calendars and marketing campaigns. Design posters, menus, advertisements, and promotional materials. Monitor comments, messages, reviews, and customer inquiries. Respond professionally to customer feedback and online reviews. Collaborate with the restaurant team to promote new menu launches, events, and special offers. Work with influencers and local content creators to increase brand visibility. Analyze social media performance and provide monthly reports with recommendations. Manage paid social media advertising campaigns when required. Maintain consistent brand identity across all platforms. Requirements Experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing. Strong photography and videography skills. Knowledge of Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and Google Business. Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Express, Photoshop, or similar tools. Excellent communication and customer engagement skills. Creative mindset with knowledge of current social media trends. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Experience in restaurant, hospitality, or food industry marketing is a plus.
Pay: ₹9,982.43 - ₹13,000.00 per month
