About the Role
Dr. Joshi’s Holistic Healthcare & Research Centre Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, employee coordination, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
- Post job openings on portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, WorkIndia, and other hiring platforms.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Handle onboarding and induction of new employees.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and maintain positive workplace culture.
- Support performance management and probation review processes.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in payroll inputs and other administrative HR tasks.
- Handle employee queries and provide timely HR support.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience using job portals and social media for hiring.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or recruitment (healthcare experience preferred but not mandatory).
