About the Role
Rama PG College is looking for a qualified, passionate, and dynamic Assistant Professor in HRM and Marketing to teach and mentor undergraduate and postgraduate students across programmes such as BBA, B.Com, B.Com (Hons.), M.Com, MBA and other relevant courses.
The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent teaching and communication skills, and the ability to connect theoretical concepts with practical industry applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lectures in Human Resource Management and Marketing.
- Teach students across programmes such as BBA, B.Com, B.Com (Hons.), M.Com and other relevant courses, as per curriculum requirements.
- Develop lesson plans, presentations, study materials, assignments and assessments.
- Teach subjects/topics such as:
- Principles of Management
- Human Resource Management
- Organizational Behaviour
- Training & Development
- Performance Management
- Recruitment & Selection
- Labour Laws & Industrial Relations
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
