We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our growing IT services team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of experience who are keen to build a long-term career in IT sales and digital services. You will be responsible for promoting subscription-based IT solutions and helping clients select the right technology services to support their business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell IT and digital service subscriptions through calls, emails, and online meetings
- Identify and engage potential clients to understand their business and technology requirements
- Explain product features, pricing structures, and subscription benefits clearly and professionally
- Follow up with leads regularly and build strong, long-term client relationships
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and performance goals
- Update lead status, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and support
- Stay updated on IT products, services, and market trends to improve sales performance
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Freshers or candidates with 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn IT services, SaaS products, and digital solutions
- Confident, goal-oriented, and self-motivated attitude
- Basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Excel, CRM tools preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
