- Supervise Aluform (Mivan/Aluminium formwork) installation and disassembly at site.
- Ensure proper alignment, levelling, and fixing of Aluform panels.
- Coordinate with site engineers for daily work planning.
- Check shuttering quality before concrete pouring.
- Manage and guide Aluform carpenters and helpers.
- Ensure proper handling and stacking of Aluform materials.
- Monitor safety practices during formwork activities.
- Ensure work is completed as per drawings and project schedule.
- Identify and report damages or shortages of Aluform materials.
- Maintain productivity and quality of formwork work at site.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,558.62 - ₹56,716.30 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
Experience:
- Aluform Shuttering: 4 years (Preferred)
