Support business users and resolve ERP/IT issues swiftly

Identify and resolve non conformances to minimise impact on project objectives

Deliver work “Right First Time” and “On Time In Full (OTIF)”

Understand business and project objectives and execute tasks within defined budgets

Strong hands on experience with Epicor ERP (Frontend + Backend)
