Position: Retail Salesman
Location: Ulhasnagar
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹10,000-12,000
Job Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting products based on their needs.
- Explain product features, prices, offers, and availability.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain proper display and arrangement of products.
- Achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
- Handle billing and basic cash/UPI transactions when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
- Monitor stock availability and inform the supervisor about low-stock items.
- Support inventory checking and store operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 12th pass preferred.
- Previous retail/sales experience will be an advantage.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of billing and smartphones/UPI payments.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a team and meet sales targets.
