About this opportunity:
We are now looking for a L1.5 Level Operations professional. This job role is responsible for monitoring, coordination, support, management, and execution of reactive maintenance activities to ensure that services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.
What you will do:

Willing to work in the shifts in 24*7 Model

Resolving the customer and user technical issues
-
Troubleshooting to find the root cause of the error
-
Maintaining the 100% SLA targets
-
SLA report preparation
-
Inter and Intra Team coordination and cooperation in resolving issues
The skills you bring:
-
3+ years of experience in Billing Systems (CSGI-interconnect Billing)
-
3+ years of experience in Telecom Operations
-
Good knowledge of SQL/PL-SQL and UNIX
-
Good understanding of the Telecom domain
-
Strong troubleshooting skills across application, network, and host layers
-
Ability to understand PL-SQL procedures
-
Experience in scripting (Perl, Shell, Python, etc.)
-
Willingness to work in a 24×7 shift model
-
Telecom operational support background
