Job Description: Technical Trainer (OOPs, C++, Python & Data Science)Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate, knowledgeable, and student-centric Technical Trainer to join our team in Dindigul. In this role, you will be responsible for mentoring engineering students, graduates, and working professionals, transforming them from beginners into industry-ready tech professionals. The ideal candidate will have a rock-solid foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) using C++, advanced Python development capabilities, and practical exposure to Data Science concepts.
Key Responsibilities
- Training Delivery: Conduct highly interactive classroom and practical lab sessions covering C++ (OOPs), Core & Advanced Python, and Data Science methodologies.
- Curriculum & Lab Management: Design, update, and maintain structured course materials, real-world coding assignments, and hands-on capstone projects.
- Mentorship & Doubt Resolution: Provide personalized guidance, regular code reviews, and project mentorship to ensure high student success and placement rates.
- Assessments: Evaluate student progress through weekly mock interviews, coding challenges, and technical assessments.
- Placement Support: Assist students with building technical resumes, portfolio optimization (GitHub), and logic-building drill sessions.
Technical Skills Required1. OOPs & C++
- Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts: Encapsulation, Polymorphism, Inheritance, and Abstraction.
- Strong command of C++ fundamentals, Memory Management, Pointers, and the Standard Template Library (STL).
- Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) basic concepts in C++.
2. Python Programming
- Core Python (Data types, loops, built-in functions, file handling, exception handling).
- Advanced Python (Decorators, generators, multi-threading, and OOPs concepts in Python).
- Exposure to database connectivity (SQL/NoSQL) and building APIs or web structures (Django/Flask is a plus).
3. Data Science
- Data Analysis Libraries: Proficiency in Pandas, NumPy, and SciPy.
- Data Visualization: Hands-on experience with Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Tableau/Power BI.
- Machine Learning: Strong conceptual knowledge and practical implementation of basic ML algorithms (Regression, Classification, Clustering) using Scikit-Learn.
- Basic understanding of statistics, probability, and SQL for data retrieval.
Preferred Qualifications & Soft Skills
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Experience: 1 to 4+ years of experience as a Technical Trainer or as a Software Engineer/Data Analyst with a strong inclination toward teaching. Freshers with exceptional coding skills and presentation abilities are also welcome to apply.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Tamil (for relatable, clear classroom explanations) and English (for professional documentation and corporate communication).
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and logic-building skills.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
