Job Summary
A Kumon Teaching Assistant supports students in developing strong mathematics and reading skills through the Kumon Method. The role involves guiding students, monitoring progress, grading classwork and homework, and maintaining a positive learning environment that encourages independent learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist students with Kumon Math and Reading worksheets.
- Observe student performance and provide appropriate guidance without directly giving answers.
- Grade classwork and homework accurately and promptly.
- Record student progress and maintain learning records.
- Help students develop concentration, confidence, and independent study habits.
- Prepare and organize instructional materials and worksheets.
- Communicate student progress and concerns to the Instructor or Center Manager.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming classroom environment.
- Support center operations, including student check-in and administrative tasks.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship
Contract length: 8 months
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- P & T Colony (Visakha), Andhra Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
