- Supervise all kitchen operations related to catering and event orders.
- Coordinate with the F&B, banquet, and events team for event schedules, menus, and service timelines.
- Ensure food preparation is carried out as per approved menus, recipes, and quantities for events.
- Monitor food quality, taste, presentation, and portion control for catering services.
- Ensure timely preparation, packing, and dispatch of food for outdoor catering and events.
- Control food wastage, spillage, and pilferage during event operations.
- Supervise kitchen staff, helpers, and temporary staff deployed for events.
- Ensure proper hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation of kitchen, equipment, and event preparation areas.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of raw materials and cooked food.
- Coordinate with Store Keeper for timely issue of raw materials and consumables for events.
- Maintain records of production, consumption, and wastage for catering operations.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and statutory requirements.
- Monitor the condition and cleanliness of kitchen equipment used for events.
- Assist in setting up temporary kitchens or live counters at event venues when required.
- Handle operational issues during events and ensure smooth execution.
- Education : Hotel Management Or Related
- Experience : 2-5 years in related field
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
