Key Responsibilities
Design creative marketing collaterals including brochures, flyers, standees, banners,
hoardings, social media creatives, admission campaigns, and branding materials.
Develop innovative visual concepts aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Create layouts and artworks for print and digital media.
Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign execution and design requirements.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality creatives within deadlines.
Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors/printers when required.
Adapt and resize creatives for multiple formats and platforms.
Maintain consistency in branding across all communication materials.
Support schools and departments with creative design requirements as and when needed.
Stay updated with latest design trends, tools, and creative techniques.
Required Skills & Software Proficiency
Strong hands-on experience in:
o CorelDRAW (Version 20 and above preferred)
o Adobe Photoshop
o Adobe Illustrator
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding.
Ability to visualize and execute creative concepts independently.
Good knowledge of print production and pre-press processes.
Strong attention to detail and creative thinking ability.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related
field.
6–7 years of relevant experience in graphic designing/creative designing.
Experience in education industry or advertising agency will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
