Key Responsibilities
- Cost Estimation & Budgeting: Prepare detailed pre-contract cost estimates, bill of quantities (BOQ), and cost plans for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
- Value Engineering: Analyze specifications to suggest cost-effective alternatives or material substitutions without losing system performance or quality.
- Tender & Procurement Support: Review contractor bids, conduct technical and commercial evaluations, and assist in vendor negotiations.
- Cost Control & Variation Management: Track project expenditures, assess subcontractor variation claims, and maintain up-to-date cost reports.
- Billing & Reconciliation: Verify progress measurements, check running bills, and handle final account reconciliation with suppliers and sub-contractors
Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
