Description
As a Senior ServiceNow Consultant , you will be responsible for leading ServiceNow consulting engagements, designing enterprise-level solutions, and driving successful implementation and delivery for clients. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership teams to define solution strategies, architect scalable ServiceNow solutions, and ensure platform excellence. This role requires deep expertise in the ServiceNow Platform , strong consulting capabilities, and the ability to lead client-facing engagements including solutioning, architecture, and delivery governance.
Responsibilities
You will be working as a Senior ServiceNow Consultant, collaborating with clients, sales teams, architects, and delivery teams to design and implement enterprise ServiceNow solutions. You would be required to participate in pre-sales activities, architecture discussions, client workshops, and delivery reviews.
Your key Responsibilities will include:
- Leading pre-sales and solutioning activities including RFP/RFI responses, solution proposals, effort estimation, and demo environment preparation.
- Designing end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across modules including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HR Service Delivery (HRSD), GRC, SPM, and custom applications.
- Defining scalable ServiceNow architecture , configuration strategies, integration approaches, and platform governance models.
- Acting as a trusted technical advisor for clients, conducting discovery workshops, requirement analysis, and solution walkthroughs.
- Providing technical leadership to development teams and ensuring adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
- Reviewing solution designs, development approaches, code quality, and delivery timelines.
- Supporting platform optimization, upgrades, instance management, and lifecycle activities.
- Creating reusable assets, technical documentation, and best practice guidelines for ServiceNow practice growth.
- Mentoring junior ServiceNow developers and consultants through technical guidance and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business challenges into scalable digital transformation solutions.
Required Skills
Primary Skills
- 8–9 years of total IT experience with 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation and consulting experience .
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration, and custom application development .
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow modules including:
- ITSM

- Experience building integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and third-party connectors .
- Hands-on experience with IntegrationHub spokes, Automated Test Framework (ATF), and Performance Analytics .
- Strong understanding of ITIL v3/v4 processes and implementation within ServiceNow.
- Experience managing ServiceNow upgrades, releases, and instance lifecycle management .
Functional & Consulting Skills
- Ability to conduct process discovery, gap analysis, and requirement workshops across IT, HR, Customer Service, and business functions.
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Highly Preferred

- ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) – Highly Preferred
