Job Summary
Nextspark Ventures LLP is seeking an experienced and target-driven Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives, drive revenue growth, manage client relationships, and oversee the sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a strategic sales mindset, and the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
- Identify, qualify, and convert potential leads into long-term clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions.
- Monitor sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure target achievement.
- Coordinate with marketing and business development teams to generate new business opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports, revenue forecasts, and market analysis for management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Drive customer satisfaction and ensure high levels of client retention.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
