Your Key Responsibilities
Attend to customer queries, concerns and suggestions relayed via phone calls and/or email.
Provide solutions to product issues (i.e. technical difficulties) highlighted by customers and/or other departments within the company.
Ensure reports with regards to product issues are prepared and submitted to concerned personnel/department.
Review and monitor requests on product change.
Regularly suggest for product improvements.
Be familiarized with regular updates on products.
Regularly monitor new technologies/innovations to obtain relevant market information.
We are looking for
Individuals who are highly motivated with minimum 6 months of experience in the same role.
Individuals who have experience in IT product company will have an added advantage.
Individuals with good administrative, analytical, planning and implementation skills.
Individuals must be fluent in English and possess good English writing skills.
