Role: Planning & MIS Engineer/Manager Seniority Level: Senior Preferred Education: Civil Engineering degree Required Experience: 5-15 years Key Responsibilities: - Establish, monitor, and report project planning systems, SOPs, and MIS formats to ensure timely preparation of project schedules and resource tracking - Coordinate with Cluster Heads and site teams to consolidate data, prepare dashboards for management review, and provide training to staff on new formats - Develop and maintain MS Project/Primavera schedules, Excel-based MIS, and other reporting tools to track project progress and performance - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance project delivery Must-Have Skills/Technologies: - MS Project/Primavera - Excel-based MIS - Construction processes - Data analysis - Reporting and dashboard development - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong communication skills Good-to-Have Skills/Technologies: - Asana, Trello, or Basecamp - Tableau or Power BI - Certification in project management (PMP or PRINCE2) - Process improvement methodologies (Lean or Six Sigma) - Construction management software (Procore or PlanGrid) Must-Have Soft Skills: - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams - Strong attention to detail - Organizational skills - Ability to prioritize tasks effectively Good-to-Have Soft Skills: - Strong programming skills in languages like VBA, Python, or SQL - Experience in team collaboration and training staff on new formats
