Job Title: Trainee Technician â Production

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our Production team as Trainee Technicians. The candidate will assist in the assembly, testing, inspection, and packaging of home automation products while following standard manufacturing processes and quality guidelines.
Assemble home automation products as per work instructions.
Perform functional testing and basic quality checks on finished products.
Identify and report defects or production issues to the supervisor.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production schedules.
Handle production tools and equipment safely.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area (5S).
Assist in packaging, labeling, and material handling activities.
Record production and testing data accurately.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
Follow all safety, ESD (Electrostatic Discharge), and company policies.
Basic understanding of electronics and electrical components.
Ability to read and follow work instructions.
Good observation and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.
Basic communication and teamwork skills.
Positive attitude and discipline.
ITI (Electrical/Electronics)
Diploma in ECE, EEE, Electrical, Instrumentation, or a related field
B.E./B.Tech (ECE, EEE, Electrical) freshers can also apply
Basic knowledge of electronic components (Resistors, Capacitors, ICs, Relays, LEDs).
PCB handling and assembly.
Soldering knowledge (preferred but not mandatory).
Basic computer skills (MS Excel and MS Word).
Work in a production/manufacturing environment.
Rotational shifts, if applicable.
Standing for extended periods and handling production equipment.
