Role Overview
The Sales Manager will drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and leading the sales cycle for integrated fire and electronic security solutions. The role requires a strategic sales mindset, strong industry networking, and the ability to convert opportunities into long-term client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate, industrial, infrastructure, and institutional sectors.
- Build relationships with facility managers, procurement teams, and project consultants.
- Generate qualified leads for CCTV, fire alarm systems, access control, and integrated security solutions.
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Expand market presence in existing and new territories.
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and solution presentations.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Proposal & Tender Management
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals.
- Participate in tenders and bidding processes.
- Coordinate with engineering and project teams for solution design and costing.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and pricing benchmarks.
- Identify emerging opportunities in the security and fire protection industry.
Team Coordination
- Work closely with project, technical, and accounts teams to ensure smooth project execution and billing cycles.
- Support junior sales executives and channel partners where applicable.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
- MBA in Marketing or Sales Management preferred.
Experience
- 4–8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in security systems, fire safety, surveillance technology, or building automation.
Key Skills
- Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of CCTV, fire alarm systems, access control, and electronic security solutions
- Ability to manage tenders, proposals, and enterprise sales cycles
- Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
