We are seeking an experienced and versatile Continental Chef with strong knowledge of Indian cuisine to be based at our Head Office. The role involves preparing high-quality meals for the Promoters and senior leadership while also overseeing the preparation of food for approximately 70–80 employees on a daily basis.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about food, capable of maintaining exceptional standards of taste and presentation, and comfortable managing a corporate kitchen environment with the support of another chef and a kitchen assistant.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of Continental dishes with excellent taste, presentation, and consistency.
- Prepare selected Indian cuisine items as required by the Promoters and office staff.
- Plan and execute daily menus, ensuring variety, nutrition, and quality.
- Cook and serve meals for Promoters, senior management, and employees.
- Coordinate with the second chef and kitchen assistant to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation standards.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety at all times.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and ingredient procurement requirements.
- Minimize food wastage and ensure efficient utilization of kitchen resources.
- Ensure timely preparation and service of breakfast, lunch, snacks, and special meals when required.
- Cater to specific dietary preferences and special meal requests from management.
- Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure proper storage of food items.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience as a Continental Chef in corporate offices, hotels, restaurants, clubs, or private residences.
- Strong expertise in Continental cuisine with working knowledge of Indian cuisine.
- Experience cooking for senior executives, promoters, or private dining setups will be an added advantage.
- Ability to manage meal preparation for both small VIP groups and larger employee populations.
- Good understanding of food safety, hygiene standards, and kitchen management.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead a small kitchen team.

Preferred Background
Candidates from 4-star/5-star hotels, premium restaurants, executive dining facilities, corporate kitchens, private residences of HNIs/Promoters, or institutional catering operations will be preferred.
Team Structure: 1 Continental Chef + 1 Chef + 1 Kitchen Assistant
Employee Coverage: Promoters, senior management, and approximately 70–80 employees at the Head Office.
