Role Summary
We are looking for a driven Channel Sales professional to support and grow our partner
ecosystem. The role involves managing existing partners, onboarding new resellers, and
driving revenue across IT hardware and lifecycle solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow revenue from assigned channel partners (resellers, VARs, SIs, etc.)
Identify and onboard new partners in assigned regions
Build strong relationships with partners to drive repeat business
Work closely with OEMs and internal teams for deal closures and support
Assist in pricing, quotations, and deal coordination
Support achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets
Track pipeline, follow up on leads, and ensure timely closures
Coordinate with operations and supply teams for order fulfillment
Maintain basic MIS reports on sales, pipeline, and partner performance
Ensure proper documentation and coordinate with finance for collections
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in channel sales / B2B sales (preferably IT hardware or
distribution)
Basic understanding of IT products (servers, storage, networking is a plus)
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Familiarity with MS Excel and reporting
