Roles Available:
- English SME
- Math SME
- Biology SME
- Social Science SME
- Chemistry SME
min of 5 years of Experienced candidate with B.Ed.
Job Responsibilities:
- Visit and support all assigned school branches regularly.
- Guide and mentor teachers in subject delivery and classroom management.
- Monitor lesson plans, teaching methodologies, and academic activities.
- Ensure proper implementation of curriculum and academic standards.
- Conduct teacher observations and provide constructive feedback.
- Support teachers with worksheets, assessments, and academic planning.
- Track overall classroom performance and student learning outcomes.
- Coordinate with branch academic teams for smooth execution of academic activities.
- Ensure timely completion of syllabus and academic documentation.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Saturday
- Travelling across 16 branches is mandatory.
Preferred Candidate:
- Strong subject knowledge in respective domain.
- Prior teaching / academic coordination experience preferred.
- Good communication and mentoring skills.
- Ability to manage multiple branches and teachers effectively.
