We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer with 1 year of experience to provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, monitors, CCTV systems, and other IT equipment. The candidate should possess strong troubleshooting skills and be capable of resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, monitors, and peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on end-user devices.
- Provide support for printers, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV systems and surveillance equipment.
- Handle operating system installation, software updates, and system maintenance.
- Configure and troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements.
- Respond to user support requests and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Perform preventive maintenance of IT equipment.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems and desktop support.
- Experience in troubleshooting desktops, laptops, monitors, and printers.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi).
- Familiarity with CCTV installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests.
Qualification:
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in Desktop Support or IT Support.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
