Position: Electrical Site Engineer
Job Summary:
The Electrical Site Engineer is responsible for supervising and coordinating all electrical installation activities at project sites. The role ensures that work is executed according to approved drawings, project specifications, safety standards, and timelines while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor all electrical installation works at the project site.
- Review electrical drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications before execution.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, architects, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure electrical works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, applicable codes, and safety regulations.
- Plan and schedule daily site activities and allocate manpower efficiently.
- Inspect materials received at the site and ensure they meet project specifications.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Identify and resolve technical issues arising during installation.
- Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
- Ensure compliance with quality control procedures and HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) requirements.
- Prepare as-built drawings and maintain project documentation.
- Attend site meetings and coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure timely project completion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- 2–10 years of experience in electrical construction or MEP projects (experience requirements may vary by role).
- Strong understanding of electrical installation practices, power distribution systems, and electrical codes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office. Knowledge of project management software is an advantage.
- Familiarity with testing and commissioning procedures.

Pay: ₹20,499.88 - ₹45,861.93 per month
