- Make Outbound Calls: Contact leads using provided databases and pre-defined scripts to introduce products or services.
- Handle Inbound Calls: Answer incoming calls from customers, answer product-related questions, and resolve complaints.
- Lead Conversion: Persuade prospects to make a purchase, schedule appointments, or sign up for services.
- Data Management: Record the details of each conversation and update client information accurately in the company's database or CRM system.
- Follow-ups: Reconnect with potential clients to progress the sales pipeline.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly targets for calls, lead generation, and closed sales
- The ability to explain product benefits, overcome objections, and close deals.
