Position: Night MOD
Location: SRV Mamata Hospital, Dombivli
Qualification: BHMS / BAMS
Experience: 1 to 5 years
Shift: Night Shift
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments and carry treatment plans for admitted patients.
- Monitors patients’ progress and coordinates with consultants for further management.
- Documentation of night rounds, reporting, and maintaining medical records.
- Responds promptly to emergencies, critical incidents, or facility issues.
- Provides leadership and support to clinical and non-clinical staff.
- Handles urgent patient or family concerns, ensuring service recovery and proper documentation.
- Oversees admissions, discharges, and transfers, managing bed utilization.
