Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Weighbridge Operator who can efficiently handle vehicle weighing operations, maintain records accurately, and coordinate truck arrangements for loading and dispatch activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate weighbridge system for incoming and outgoing vehicles.
- Prepare and maintain weighment slips, challans, and dispatch records.
- Verify vehicle details, material quantity, and loading status.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and security departments.
- Arrange trucks/transport vehicles as per dispatch requirement.
- Communicate with transporters and drivers for timely vehicle placement.
- Maintain daily inward and outward vehicle records.
- Ensure proper documentation and data entry in system/register.
- Monitor loading/unloading movement and avoid weighment errors.
- Maintain discipline and smooth vehicle movement inside premises.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of weighbridge operations and dispatch process.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, billing/weighment software).
- Good communication and transporter coordination skills.
- Ability to manage truck arrangements and dispatch schedules.
- Record maintenance and documentation handling.
Eligibility
- Minimum 2 Years Experience as Weighbridge Operator.
- Experience in rice mill, logistics, warehouse, or manufacturing industry preferred.
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Preferred Candidate
- Candidate having transporter contacts and truck arrangement experience will be preferred.
- Must be responsible, punctual, and capable of handling dispatch pressure.
Salary
- Salary negotiable based on experience and skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
