- Welcome and greet guests in a polite and professional manner
- Assist with guest check-in, registration, and seating
- Escort guests and VIP clients when required
- Serve water, juice, and other refreshments to guests as per event requirements
- Ensure guests are comfortable and promptly attend to their needs
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of serving areas
- Coordinate with catering and event teams for smooth service
- Handle guest queries and provide accurate event information
- Maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance at all times
- Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant personality with a customer-service mindset
- Ability to serve guests politely and efficiently
- Basic knowledge of hospitality or food & beverage service is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Education:
- Preferred: Diploma/Degree in Hospitality or Event Management
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
