Production Execution & Quality
- Execute daily bakery & pastry production as per approved recipes and SOPs
- Ensure consistency in taste, texture, portioning, and presentation
- Conduct in-process quality checks before dispatch / service
Assist in production planning, menu execution, and new product trials
Team Supervision & Training
- Supervise commis and bakery associates during shifts
- Provide on-the-job training on techniques, hygiene, and SOPs
- Ensure discipline, grooming, and productivity of the team
Food Safety, Hygiene & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to FSSAI, HACCP, and internal food safety standards
- Maintain personal hygiene, sanitation, and clean workstations
- Monitor temperature logs, storage practices, and shelf-life controls
Inventory & Cost Control
- Assist in raw material planning, indenting, and stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO)
- Monitor daily consumption and report variances or wastage
- Ensure proper yield management and portion control
Equipment Handling & Maintenance
- Ensure correct usage of bakery and pastry equipment
- Report breakdowns and coordinate preventive maintenance
- Maintain safety standards while handling ovens, mixers, and tools
Coordination & Dispatch
- Coordinate with operations, service, and delivery teams for timely supply
- Ensure correct packaging, labeling, and dispatch for outlets / orders
- Handle bulk orders, events, and last-minute production requirements
Maintain daily production sheets and wastage logs
Address quality-related feedback
Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
