Job Responsibilities
- Handle outbound and inbound customer calls professionally
- Explain project details and generate customer interest
- Follow up with leads and maintain proper call records
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with sales team
- Maintain customer database and update daily reports
- Achieve daily calling and lead generation targets
- Resolve basic customer queries over calls
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in Telecalling / Customer Support / Sales Calling
- Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi & basic English
- Confident and positive communication approach
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Ability to handle customer follow-ups effectively
- Immediate joiners preferred
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience & communication skills)
