Role Overview
We are looking for a Project Coordinator (Project Management & Operations) to support planning, execution, and monitoring of project activities across digital platforms and field operations. The role focuses on coordination, tracking deliverables, stakeholder communication, and ensuring timely project execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Tracking
- Support planning, scheduling, and tracking of project milestones and timelines
- Monitor deliverables and ensure timely follow-ups
2. Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate between IT teams, field teams, and external stakeholders
- Ensure smooth communication and alignment across teams
3. Platform & Operations Coordination
- Support day-to-day coordination of web platforms and digital systems
- Assist in content collation, validation, and issue tracking
4. Field Coordination & Data Consolidation
- Coordinate with field teams for data collection and geo-tagging activities
- Consolidate and validate inputs from multiple sources
5. Meetings & Reviews
- Organize meetings, demos, trainings, and review sessions
- Prepare minutes of meetings and track action items
6. Reporting & Risk Management
- Maintain trackers, reports, and progress updates
- Identify gaps, delays, risks, and escalate as required
7. Compliance & Operational Support
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables
- Provide on-ground and remote support during project execution
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in project coordination or operations roles
Technical Skills
- Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, or similar)
- Understanding of data handling, reporting, and documentation processes
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Basic understanding of web and digital platforms
- Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
