- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and healthcare staff in a courteous manner.
- Manage patient registration and maintain accurate records.
- Schedule, confirm, and coordinate doctor appointments.
- Handle incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
- Process OPD registrations, billing, and payment collection.
- Coordinate IPD admissions, bed allocation, transfers, and discharge procedures.
- Update and maintain patient information in the hospital management system.
- Generate bills, receipts, and daily reports through OPD/IPD software.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and hospital records.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and computer operations.
- Knowledge of hospital front-office procedures and patient handling.
- Experience with OPD/IPD software, including:
- Patient registration and appointment management
- OPD billing and consultation entry
- IPD admission, discharge, and bed management
- Patient record maintenance and report generation
