Job Description:
HBGadgets Technology is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Present and promote company products/services
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Follow up on leads and inquiries
- Prepare sales reports and updates
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 1–3 years of sales experience (freshers with strong communication skills can apply)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in electronics/technology sales
- Familiarity with CRM tools
