Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Marketing & Sales Executive with 3–4 years of experience to drive business growth through effective marketing strategies and sales execution. The ideal candidate should be presentable, confident, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong understanding of market trends and customer behavior.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor products and industry trends.
- Design and implement marketing plans to promote company products/services.
- Coordinate with media representatives, agencies, and sponsors for campaigns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Handle client queries regarding product specifications and usage.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business.
- Track sales performance and ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Prepare and present detailed sales and marketing reports.
