Job Description
A2G Load Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced and motivated Freight Brokers to join our growing team in Mohali and Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing freight movements, developing shipper and carrier relationships, negotiating rates, and ensuring smooth transportation operations across the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and secure freight from shippers and customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with carriers and clients.
- Negotiate freight rates to maximize profitability.
- Coordinate and monitor shipments from pickup to delivery.
- Resolve shipment delays, service issues, and customer concerns.
- Maintain accurate records and update transportation management systems.
- Meet individual and team performance goals.
Requirements
- Experience in US Freight Brokerage, Logistics, or Dispatching preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and sales abilities.
- Knowledge of DAT, Truckstop, Sylectus, and other load boards is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory for experienced candidates.
