Job description:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Insurance Project Lead to oversee and manage end-to-end insurance-related projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects within scope, timeline, and budget while ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end insurance projects (policy rollout, process setup, digital initiatives, etc.)
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, HR, finance) and external stakeholders (insurers, TPAs, vendors)
Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies
Develop and maintain project documentation and reports
Drive process improvements and efficiency in insurance operations
Act as a single point of contact for all project-related communication

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related fieldMBA or relevant certification is a plus
3–7 years of experience in insurance/project management roles
Familiarity with insurance compliance and regulatory frameworks
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
