About the Role
We are looking for a high-potential Analyst to join our Digital Commerce capability within the CPG practice. The role focuses on enabling next-generation consumer commerce experiences powered by emerging Agentic Commerce models, AI-driven engagement, and modern MarTech ecosystems.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital commerce fundamentals, consumer engagement technologies, marketing technology platforms, and evolving AI/agent-led commerce paradigms. This individual will work closely with strategy, technology, data, and client teams to shape commerce transformation programs for leading global CPG brands.
Key Responsibilities

Support digital commerce transformation engagements for global CPG clients

Contribute to solutioning and delivery across commerce, consumer engagement, personalization, and MarTech initiatives

Research and analyze emerging trends in:

Agentic Commerce

AI-assisted buying journeys
-
Conversational and autonomous commerce
-
Retail media & personalization
-
Composable commerce ecosystems
-
Support development of value cases and business impact assessments for Agentic Commerce solutions

Assist in identifying consumer experience transformation opportunities enabled through AI agents and automation

Contribute to capability development, client POVs, demos, and innovation assets for Agentic Commerce offerings

Work with cross-functional teams across strategy, analytics, data, experience, and engineering
-
Support implementation and optimization of commerce and MarTech platforms
-
Analyze consumer journeys, engagement metrics, commerce KPIs, and campaign effectiveness
-
Participate in workshops, requirement gathering, and client presentations
-
Build competitive intelligence on commerce, AI commerce, and MarTech players
Required Skills & Experience

Understanding of modern commerce ecosystems and consumer journey orchestration

Familiarity with Agentic Commerce concepts, AI-led consumer engagement, and autonomous buying experiences

Exposure to developing business cases, value realization frameworks, or ROI assessments for digital commerce / AI solutions

Familiarity with at least one of the following technology ecosystems:
