About the Role We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive who can independently manage digital campaigns, generate quality leads and contribute to the growth of our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, execute and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
* Manage and monitor Google Ads campaigns
* Generate and improve quality leads through paid advertising
* Track campaign performance, CPL, CTR, conversions and ROI
* Conduct basic audience and competitor research * Manage social media platforms and coordinate content requirements
* Create campaign reports and provide performance insights
* Test different creatives, audiences and ad copies to improve results
* Coordinate with the content/design team for marketing creatives
* Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and advertising strategies
Required Skills
✅ Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing
✅ Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager
✅ Working knowledge of Google Ads
✅ Understanding of lead generation campaigns
✅ Knowledge of campaign optimization and performance tracking
✅ Basic understanding of Google Analytics / conversion tracking is preferred
✅ Good analytical and communication skills
✅ Ability to work independently and take ownership of campaigns
Salary: Starting from ₹12,000/month, depending on experience and skill set.
