Responsibilities:
- Manage executives' calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Coordinate complex travel itineraries, including flights and accommodations.
- Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and presentations; attend meetings to take notes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communication.
- Organize and manage documents, files, and correspondence.
- Provide general administrative support, including drafting correspondence and preparing expense reports.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives, conducting research and preparing reports.
- Cultivate positive relationships with key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software applications.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
