We are hiring a Finance Controller to lead the Finance and Accounts function, ensuring strong financial controls, compliance, reporting, treasury management, and business governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial reporting, monthly closing, reconciliations and MIS
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act and RBI/NBFC regulations
- Manage cash flow, treasury and banking relationships
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
- Oversee statutory, internal and tax audits
- Identify financial risks and strengthen internal controls
- Lead and mentor the Finance and Accounts team
- Provide financial insights and reports to senior management
Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory
- 8+ years of post-qualification experience
- 3+ years of experience in a finance leadership or controller role
- Strong knowledge of Ind AS/IGAAP and statutory compliance
- Experience with Tally, SAP, Oracle and MS Excel
- Strong leadership, analytical and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Industry Experience
Gold Loan, NBFC, Bullion, Jewellery or Financial Services
Pay: Up to ₹6,000,000.00 per year
