Area of Work
- Calling students and parents regarding courses and admissions
- Explaining course details, batches, fees, and facilities
- Handling inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Maintaining student enquiry records and follow-ups
- Assisting in admission counselling and conversion
- Coordinating with the academic and support team
- Supporting online and offline promotional activities
